So we brought it to life as a real-world Command Center, led by Kenan Thompson, where a team of specialists collaborates behind the scenes to guide users through every step of the car-buying journey.
The twist? The command center actually lives inside the shopper’s device, responding to their taps and searches in real time. On social, we have Kenan actually breaking the fourth wall, tapping the viewer’s phone screen, and speaking directly to them from inside the Command Center.
